We are pleased to announce our participation in the event organized by Sender at the Hotel Ren in Starogard, in Gdańsk, where they presented their new high-speed door model, Sendbram. Our sales representative, Mara Waser, represented Startec by showcasing our CAPTURE PRO radar sensor, which was installed on the door along with the Elsamec motor, while the rest of the system was entirely produced by Sender.

The main objective of the event was to present the Sendbram, a high-speed door that stands out for its innovation, efficiency, and safety, thanks to the collaboration with high-level technology partners. Our CAPTURE PRO radar sensor played a key role in enhancing the door’s performance, ensuring precise movement detection.

The CAPTURE PRO radar sensor uses Doppler microwave technology, operating at a frequency of 24.150 GHz, with a coverage area that can be adjusted based on specific needs, facilitated by a dual-hinge system for easy mounting and adjustment. It is designed to detect movement at distances ranging from 2 to 10 meters, with a detection angle of 34° x 80°. Additionally, with the ability to adjust the radar's sensitivity and configure various parameters via the OLED display or a smartphone app, the sensor provides significant flexibility for use in industrial environments.

The Sendbram equipped with our CAPTURE PRO sensor offers a complete solution that combines easy installation, efficient management, and high performance. This sensor not only improves safety, thanks to rapid motion detection, but also enhances operational efficiency, ensuring optimal and safe door operation even under challenging conditions.

During the event, Mara Waser emphasized how the integration of the CAPTURE PRO sensor can significantly contribute to the modernization of industrial doors, providing advanced functionality and greater adaptability to customer needs. The radar technology helps to minimize false positives through vibration suppression and cross-traffic filtering, features that are particularly useful in environments with heavy pedestrian and vehicle traffic.
